Jalene Palmer is an experienced business professional with over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Support Services, Customer Care, and Business Solutions at Municipal District Services since September 2009, Jalene has demonstrated expertise in managing customer relations and business operations. Prior to this role, Jalene held the position of Manager of Administrative Services at SouthWest Water Company from November 1992 to September 2009. Jalene's career began as a Buyer at Conoco Oil Company, where employment lasted from November 1977 to December 1985. Educationally, Jalene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business, obtained between 1973 and 1977.
