Lucy Foster

Lucy Foster has held various roles in public service and governance, currently serving as the Executive Director of Board Governance at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC). Previous experience includes positions as an Executive Assistant at the Ministry of Finance, work within the Municipal Clerk's Office at the Town of Whitby, and employment in the Communications and Dispatch Department at Durham Regional Police. Lucy Foster's educational background includes studies at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management from 2011 to 2012 and a brief program at Queen's University in 2007.
