Richa Roy

Richa Roy has an extensive work experience in program management, business analysis, and intelligence lead roles. Richa is currently the Director of Program Management & Business Analysis at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, where they have been working since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager, Business Analysis at the same company starting from June 2017. Richa also worked as a Manager of Business Analysis from March 2021 to October 2022. Before joining the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, Richa worked at M&T Bank as an AVP from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as the Sr BI Intelligence Lead at AAMC from 2010 to 2014, where they led the redesign of enterprise-wide reporting and benchmark tools and spearheaded the adoption of SAP Dashboard Design. Richa also worked as the Portal Practice Lead at Prosoft Cyberworld Group from 2004 to 2010, managing multiple SAP Portal projects.

Richa Roy obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including AWS Solution Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020, Project Management from the University of Virginia in 2009, AWS Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2019, and certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
