Jeff Thomas

Jeff Thomas serves as the Director on the Board of Directors for the Municipal Water District of Orange County since August 2009, focusing on water supply development and resource planning. Previously, Jeff held the Director position at Sunwest Bank from January 2010 to July 2016, contributing to innovative banking solutions. Additionally, Jeff has extensive experience in asset management, having served as Vice President at HGK Asset Management, Inc. and Sage Advisory Services, where responsibilities included managing significant client portfolios and raising considerable funds. Prior governmental experience includes serving as Mayor and Councilman for the City of Tustin from April 1992 to November 2004. Jeff's background in finance also includes leadership roles at Morgan Stanley. Jeff holds a Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California State University, Fullerton.
