Rodrigo Eduardo Moreno Hidalgo

Rodrigo Eduardo Moreno Hidalgo is an experienced professional in disaster risk management and emergency response. Currently serving as the Jefe del Departamento de Emergencia Comunal at Municipalidad de Renca since June 2023, Rodrigo previously worked at Municipalidad de Coquimbo in the risk management department from February 2022 to June 2023. Rodrigo's experience includes coordinating disaster risk management at TECHO-Chile, where responsibilities included national leadership from August 2019 to December 2021.
