Silvia Rafaela Diaz Pino

Silvia Rafaela Diaz Pino has extensive experience in community development and citizen participation, currently serving as a Professional in the Dirección de Desarrollo Comunitario at Municipalidad de Renca since July 2018. In this role, Silvia supports the Unidad de Participación Ciudadana, focusing on planning and management. Additionally, Silvia has contributed as a Professional in Empresarial Linkage at Omil and completed a community internship within DIDECO, where support was provided to community organizations and local economic development efforts. Since November 2016, Silvia has also worked as an Associate Researcher at the Observatorio Político Electoral. Silvia holds a degree from Universidad Diego Portales, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
