Eduardo Bless

Eduardo Bless is an experienced lawyer with a robust background in both private practice and public service. Since December 2001, Eduardo has operated as an attorney at Abogado Independiente and has held the position of Regidor at the Municipalidad de San Miguel since January 2010. In addition to founding and managing Estudio Bless Abogados, Eduardo has served in various legal roles, including Gerente de Rentas and Gerente Legal at the Municipalidad de San Miguel, and providing legal counsel for Empresa Aerocóndor and Amerinvest Sucursal del Perú. Eduardo's educational qualifications encompass a degree in Law from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, complemented by multiple diplomas and seminars in government, public management, and political communication from prestigious institutions, including George Washington University and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
