Charalampos Papadopoulos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, development, and e-government services. Since February 1989, Charalampos has served as the Director of Strategic Planning, Development and e-Services Department at the Municipality of Kavala, overseeing projects in digital transformation and performance measurement.
