Elias Grinias

Elias Grinias serves as a Computer Science Specialist at the Municipality of Kavala since July 2017. Prior to this role, Elias Grinias worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Technological Educational Institute of Serres from September 2009 to September 2020. Elias Grinias holds both an MSc and PhD in Computer Vision from the University of Crete.
