Lisa Mastronardi-Berthiaume

Lisa Mastronardi-Berthiaume is an experienced communications and design professional with a strong background in marketing and event planning. Currently serving as a Communications and Engagement Specialist for the Municipality of Leamington since June 2021, Lisa provides strategic brand support and content creation. As the owner of elle and em, Lisa specializes in graphic design and event stationery, primarily focused on the bridal market. Previous roles include Marketing Communication Coordinator at CenterLine (Windsor) Limited, where Lisa managed internal and external communications and social media, and Strategic Promotional Event Planner at Shoppers Drug Mart, responsible for promotional materials and staff coordination. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Theory from Western University and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Communication and Public Relations from Fanshawe College.
