Amanda Ciarlante

Amanda Ciarlante has worked as an Assistant Director of Finance at the Municipality of Norristown since March 2021. Prior to that, they had a long-standing role as a Budget Manager at Reliance Insurance from April 1994 to March 2021. At Reliance Insurance, their responsibilities included managing the budget, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Amanda ensured the maintenance of internal controls over disbursements and accounting systems and prepared financial statements and analyses for various stakeholders.
