Rashaad Bates

Rashaad Bates currently serves as Councilman for District 1 in the Municipality of Norristown while also holding the position of IT Support Specialist at Penn Tank Lines, Inc. since September 2022. In addition, Rashaad Bates is the Executive Director of Tech Literacy & The E-Waste Gang 501c3, an organization dedicated to providing cost-effective tech services, promoting tech literacy, and finding innovative e-waste solutions. Previous experience includes roles as a Desktop Specialist at J. W. Pepper & Son, Inc., and various positions at Staples, including Assistant Store Manager. Rashaad Bates also worked as an IT Support Specialist at American Aerospace Advisors Inc from May 2014 to April 2015. Education was pursued at Montgomery County Community College from 2014 to 2016.
