Tyler Keyes serves as an MIS Technician for the Municipality of Provincetown since August 2012, leveraging a robust background in technical support and management. Previous roles include Floor Manager at The Hot Chocolate Sparrow, where management of customer service and operations in a high-traffic environment was essential, and Assistant and Contracting Associate at Lower Cape PC Services, providing IT services to local residents and businesses. Tyler also gained experience at Sarah Lawrence College as a Help Desk Technical Assistant, addressing a variety of tech issues, and contributed as a Showcase Assistant and Intern at Poets House. An educational background includes a BA in Poetry and Computer Science from Sarah Lawrence College, a Certificate in Business Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management, and an AA in Computer Science and Philosophy from Cape Cod Community College.
