Manish Agarawal

Manish Agarawal is an accomplished Business Leader with extensive experience in plant operations and management, currently serving as Plant Head at Munjal Showa Ltd since November 2017. With a proven track record in setting up and commissioning advanced Greenfield plants, Manish has consistently driven year-over-year business growth through strategic reorganization, cost control, and adherence to quality and process efficiency standards. Prior roles include Head of India Operations at Donaldson Company, Inc., where significant capacity expansions and sales growth were achieved, and Plant Manager at Avery Dennison, where operational expenses were reduced through Lean practices. Manish holds dual MBA degrees in Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University.
