Brenda Funk

Brenda Funk is a legal professional with significant experience in restructuring and corporate law. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC since October 2022, Brenda previously held the position of Restructuring Attorney at Weil Gotshal and Manges from April 2009 to February 2022. Prior to that, Brenda served as Senior Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at Enron from 1999 until September 2008. Brenda pursued legal education at South Texas College of Law Houston from 1995 to 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Houston, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1994.
