Heather Fraizer

Heather Fraizer is the Vice President of Continuous Improvement & Project Management at Munson Healthcare. Heather has over 18 years of experience in the field of organizational development and community development. Prior to their current position, Ms. Fraizer was a Training Specialist at Northwestern Michigan College, a Community Development Specialist at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, and a Public Policy Research Associate at Public Policy Associates, Inc. Heather has also served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Grinnell College. Ms. Fraizer earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and their Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University.

Heather Fraizer has a Ph.D. in Comparative Politics and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder. Heather also has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Albion College. Heather is certified from Prosci in Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
