Fiona Hayes has had a diverse work experience in the field of sports coaching. Fiona began their career as a Project Coordinator at Foróige in 2009. In 2011, they became the Head Coach at UCC Rugby Football Club. Hayes then moved on to work as the Head Coach at Dolphin RFC from 2018 to 2019. Fiona joined Munster Rugby in 2019, initially as the Head Coach and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Coach. Additionally, Hayes worked as the Head Coach at UL Bohemian RFC from 2019 to 2021. With a strong background in coaching and sports management, Hayes has displayed a strong commitment and dedication to their roles throughout their career.
Fiona Hayes obtained their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Limerick, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
