Ing-Marie Andersson Drugge has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including manufacturing, technology, and climate solutions. Currently a Board Member at Viscaria and Plant Manager at Munters, Ing-Marie has previously served as Mill Director at BillerudKorsnäs and Director of Strategy & Technology at Boliden. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer at Hultafors Group, Vice President of Technology & Strategy at Outokumpu, and General Manager positions at Ericsson and Sandvik Materials Technology. Ing-Marie holds a Master of Science in Metallurgy and Mineral Technology from Luleå University of Technology and an MBA in Electronic Business from the University of Gävle.
