Sara Worley

Sara Worley, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Sr. People Services Manager for Munters, overseeing Human Resources operations in the Northern US and Canada since May 2022. Previously, Sara held several HR positions at SubCom and US Foods, gaining extensive experience in full cycle recruiting, employee relations, and process improvements. Sara's earlier roles included HR coordination and generalist functions across multiple organizations, as well as experience in transaction analysis and administrative support in the energy sector. Sara holds an MBA in International Business HR Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
