Joshua Posamentier

Joshua Posamentier is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with significant experience in sustainable technology. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Congruent Ventures since 2016, Joshua focuses on early-stage investments. Additional roles include serving on the Investment Advisory Council for Prime Impact Fund and as an advisor for Activate. Joshua engages in volunteer activities as a mountain bike coach for the National Interscholastic Cycling Association. Recent investments include positions at First Street and Bonsai Robotics, while fulfilling board director responsibilities at Lydian, Muon Space, and Applied Carbon. Joshua holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a BA in Physics with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and continued education in Venture Finance and Private Equity at the Haas School of Business.
