Walid Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2001, they started as a Graphic Designer at 3points. Walid then moved on to become an Art Director at I-View Communications in 2002, where they were responsible for conceptualizing and overseeing the creative work. In 2003, they joined Tamm Communications as a Creative Director, handling projects from client contact to final delivery and creating advertising campaigns for leading brands in Saudi Arabia.
In 2009, they became the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Sufrati.com, where they developed the business model, designed the user experience, and managed the team. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Creative Director & Co-Founder of CreativeSeed Studios, pitching proposals, attending high-level meetings, generating new business, and maintaining client relationships.
In 2016, Walid co-founded Muqawiloon.com, a concept brought to market in just seven months, offering procurement activities in the contracting and construction market. The company experienced significant growth, with leads increasing from 10 to over 200 per month by 2020.
From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Project Manager - Heritage Sites at The Royal Commission for AlUla, overseeing operations, logistics, and hospitality services during the Winter at Tantora festival.
In 2020, they became the Managing Director of Startgroup Ltd. Currently, they hold the position of Creative Director at SIDRA, starting in 2023. Overall, Walid Sanchez has demonstrated their expertise in creative direction, project management, business development, and building successful startups.
Walid Sanchez attended Millfield School from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an AGNVQ Art & Design degree. Walid then pursued a Bachelor's Degree (HONS) in Graphic Design from Kingston University from 1998 to 2001.
