Jo-Anne Illman

Jo-Anne Illman has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development roles. Jo-Anne is currently the Chief People Officer at Mura Technology. Prior to this, they held various positions such as NED at Nile, Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Director at Infinity, Interim Head of L&D at The Guinness Partnership, Interim Director of Learning & OD at Optivo, and Head of L&D Design at Balfour Beatty plc. Jo-Anne also served as the Head of Learning & Development at Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd and the Group Resourcing & Development Manager at BSI. Additionally, they worked as the Learning & Development Project Manager at Gatwick Airport Limited.

Jo-Anne Illman completed their BA Hons degree in Business Studies at the University of the West of England from 1993 to 1997.
