Jacob Schwalm

Jacob Schwalm is a seasoned professional in packaging engineering with extensive experience in the cosmetics and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Director of Packaging Engineering at Murad since October 2023, Jacob previously held the position of Senior Manager of Packaging Engineering at goop. At Curology, Jacob led the Packaging Development department, successfully transitioning from external agency partnerships to in-house operations. Prior experience includes significant roles at FORMA Brands, where Jacob served as Lead Packaging Engineer and Sourcing Manager, and at Kendo Brands, where responsibilities encompassed procurement and production scheduling for Marc Jacob Beauty. Jacob began a career at The Clorox Company, managing over 100 new developments and holding roles as a Scientist and R&D Intern. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University.
