Linda Laihovuori

Linda Laihovuori is a Process Development Technology Specialist at Murata since November 2014, specializing in wafer grinding and pad processes, ASIC grinding, and outsourced RDL processing. Linda has held various roles at Murata, including Sr. Process Development Engineer and Process Development Engineer, where responsibilities included the development of glass and silicon grinding processes and project management for measurement equipment investments. Previous experience includes a Master's Thesis Worker at MacGREGOR (FIN) Oy, an R&D Trainee at Ruukki, a Research Assistant at Aalto University, and an Operator at Okmetic Oyj. Linda obtained a Master of Engineering in Material Science and Engineering from Aalto University and studied Metallurgical Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid as an exchange student.
