Shirley Fuller Ruffin CBP, CCP has extensive experience in total rewards and benefits management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Murata since December 2011, where previous roles included Senior Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager. Prior to Murata, Shirley held the position of Benefits Manager at bioMerieux from 2005 to 2010, and worked in human resources at Qualex, a Kodak company, from 1999 to 2005. Earlier experience includes a role in National Sales at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. from 1997 to 1999.
