Mark Douglas

Mark Douglas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Delivery Lead and Implementation Manager at Murdoch Childrens Research Institute since September 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at ANZ from 2002 to May 2020, including Operational Risk and Compliance Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing change programs for policy and systems enhancements. Mark also contributed as Senior Project Manager in initiatives focusing on Branch Network Transformation and Contact Centre Transformation, optimizing customer interactions and operational efficiency. Additional project management roles involved overseeing Visa Schemes implementations and data remediation projects in compliance with regulatory requirements. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and eCommerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Indonesian Languages and Culture from Deakin University.
