Max Brett

Max Brett is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in content management, consulting, and editorial roles. Currently serving as Content Manager and Communications Specialist at Murex since July 2020, Max also works as a Communications Consultant for the Natural Resource Governance Institute, a position held since March 2020. Previously, Max was a Communications Officer at the same institute from July 2015 to August 2019, supporting advocacy and engagement on global governance and transparency issues. Max has over four years of experience as Global Sector Head at Mergermarket, focusing on the natural resource sectors, and has held various editorial positions, including Desk Assistant at PBS NewsHour and Shift Editor at The News. Max holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University, earned in 2006.
