Ms. Linell has a diverse background in education, currently serving as an ESL Teacher at Murfreesboro City Schools since October 2014, and is also the Founder and Facilitator of the American Culture Program since September 2013. Previous positions include International Educator and Model U.N. Advisor at International School Manila (2008-2012), International Educator at School of the Nations (2004-2008), and Music Specialist at Schurz Elementary School (2000-2004) and American International School of Guangzhou (1997-2000). Ms. Linell holds a Graduate Certificate in American Indian/Native American Studies from Montana State University-Bozeman, a Certificate in Sustainable Development, a Master's in International Relations from Troy University, and an MS in Secondary Music Education from Missouri State University.
