Nell Parsley Moore

Nell Womack-Moore, Director of Human Resources at Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter. Nell is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and all Human Resource functions in the Clinic’s 19 clinical departments as well as its ancillary service, Walk-in Clinics and support departments. Nell began her career at MMC 39 years ago in the Pediatric Department as their Department Manager before being promoted to Director of Human Resources in 1995.

Nell is a graduate of Professional Human Resources Management at Middle Tennessee State University and the SHRM Fundamentals of Human Resource Management. She is a member of Medical Group Management Association, a Nominee of the American College of Medical Practice Executives, a member of Society of Human Recourses Management and a graduate of the 2005 Leadership Rutherford Class. Nell serves on the advisory board of Tennessee Technology Center in both Murfreesboro and McMinnville. Nell has served on the board of the local American Heart Association and is active in Go Red for Women as well as several other local charities.

Nell is married to Carl Moore, System Network Administrator with Ascend Management Innovations. Together they have five children, Rob, Ben, Heather, Kimberly and Tanya and blessed with one granddaughter. They reside in Murfreesboro
