Darren Gore

Darren Gore, PE, currently serves as the Assistant City Manager of Utility Enterprises for the City of Murfreesboro, a position held since August 2018, aimed at improving communication and efficiency within the city's utility services. Prior to this role, Darren held various positions within the Murfreesboro Water Resources Department from July 2005 to the present, including Director and Assistant Director. Previous experience includes serving as Office Manager and Lead Designer at Wiser Consultants, LLC from August 1998 to June 2005, and Project Manager at Nelson & Company from May 1995 to August 1998, focusing on water and sewer utility consulting. Darren holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed between 1987 and 1995.
