Karen Lampert

Karen Lampert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant management and community service. As the Grant Manager for the City of Murfreesboro since October 2019, Lampert collaborates with various city departments to secure funding for community projects while also serving as Title VI Coordinator. Prior roles include Executive Director of the Domestic Violence Program & Sexual Assault Services, where oversight of client services and advocacy efforts was paramount, and Executive Director of the Highland Family Y Branch, focusing on community recreation. With a history of managing large discretionary fund distributions at The Community Foundation of Riverside and San Bernardino County and implementing substance abuse prevention strategies at CADCOR, Lampert has proven expertise in grant writing and community collaboration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Reading, Curriculum and Instruction from Tennessee Technological University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
