Annette Flaherty

Annette Flaherty is a Senior Patent Attorney at Murgitroyd since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in intellectual property law. Prior to this role, Annette worked as a Patent Attorney at Creation IP Limited from February 2016 to April 2022, and held positions as a European Patent Attorney at HGF Limited between September 2010 and February 2016. Earlier in her career, Annette served as a Patent Assistant at Marks & Clerk from May 2009 to September 2010, and at D Young & Co LLP from April 2001 to December 2008. Annette holds a PhD and BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, where studies were undertaken from 1990 to 1993.
