Richard Jackson

Richard Jackson is a Senior Patent Attorney at Murgitroyd since September 2020. Previously, Richard held the position of Patent Attorney at Vestas from December 2011 to July 2020, where responsibilities included drafting and prosecuting patent applications and managing external Patent Attorneys. Prior to that, Richard served as Senior IPR Counsel at Nokia Siemens Networks, focusing on litigation, advising business units on IPR strategy, and training inventors. Richard's career began as a Technical Assistant at Frank B. Dehn & Co., where patent application drafting and prosecution were primary tasks. Richard also has experience as a Customer Engineer at Marconi, involved in telecommunications network design and customer documentation. Richard holds a Certificate in IP Law from Queen Mary University of London and a 1st Class Honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick.
