Emmanuelle Bastian

Emmanuelle Bastian has been with Murgitroyd since October 2003, progressing from a patent and trade mark secretary to the role of Patent Paralegal Regional Head for Europe. Emmanuelle has extensive experience in processing instructions for both French and English-speaking clients, preparing cost estimates, filing documents, and managing deadlines across multiple jurisdictions. Certified as a Patent Administrator in 2013 by INPI, Emmanuelle has also held positions at DCA Dumollard, Croci et Associés, and various hospitality roles in France and the USA, including supervisory and management positions. Emmanuelle's educational background includes a Patent Administrator Certificate from the French Patent & Trademark Office and a WIPO Certificate in Intellectual Property.
