Lorie Oustalet

Lorie Oustalet is an experienced professional in event sales and restaurant management, currently serving as the Private Events Sales Manager at Muriel's Jackson Square since October 2019. Prior roles include Wine & Operations Manager at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from July 2017 to October 2019, and Sales Director at Seafood R'evolution from December 2015 to December 2016. Lorie also held the position of Event Sales Coordinator at Latrobe's on Royal from June 2011 to May 2012 and served as General Manager at Stella Restaurant from June 2006 to June 2011.
