Colton Plaia has extensive experience in both the development consulting and sports coaching fields. Currently serving as the Director of Bond Exoneration at Murow Development Consultants since July 2020, Colton has also held various managerial and project-related roles within the same department. In addition to this position, Colton works as the Catching Coordinator and Player Development at Elite Baseball Instruction since October 2019 and previously served as a baseball coach at JSerra Catholic High School. Colton has a background as a professional athlete, having played as a catcher for the New York Mets from June 2013 to September 2019.
