Matthew Fleming

Matthew Fleming is a shareholder at Murphy Desmond S.C. since November 2000, focusing on municipal law for public and private sector clients, covering areas such as land use regulation, licensing, open meetings, public records law, ordinance drafting, real estate, and litigation, particularly in property tax assessments and eminent domain.
