Gealita Greenhill is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth), Gealita's previous positions include Executive Director of HR and various talent management roles at Bridgestone, as well as a Senior People & Organization Manager at Mars Petcare. Earlier career highlights include serving as Associate Director of Student Services/Operations at Apollo Group - University of Phoenix and Order Planner/Project Manager at Nortel Networks. Gealita holds dual MBA degrees in Operations and Human Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
