Joey Parr

As a former Chief of Staff in the Texas House and writer/director of award-winning films, Joey Parr brings a diverse set of political and creative experiences to his job as MNA’s Creative Director. Parr oversees the writing, producing, directing, and editing of the print, mail, television, digital, and radio advertisements. Joey is a graduate of both TCU and the University of Texas at Austin.
