Josh Yatch

Josh Yatch is an experienced logistics and sales executive with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Murphy Logistics Solutions since May 2025, Yatch has previously held key positions including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Logistics at Valley Companies, and Vice President of Logistics Operations at YRC Worldwide, Inc. From January 2016 to December 2019, Yatch contributed to YRC Freight in roles such as Director of Engineered Solutions and Director of Sales Performance. Early career experiences include managing significant accounts at YRC Worldwide, Inc., where responsibilities included negotiating pricing, establishing customer relations, and leading a customer support team. Yatch holds a degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
