Marius Bierman

Marius Bierman currently serves as the VDC Manager and Construction Manager at Murray and Dickson Construction (Pty) Ltd since August 2018. Marius holds the position of Vice Chairman within the SAICE Information Technology Division and has been the Executive Director of BIMcommUNITY.Africa since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Site Agent at Basil Read Limited and as Manager of Business Development and Technical at Structural Systems Africa. Marius began a career at Group Five Civil Engineering as an Engineer. Marius is pursuing a PhD in Information Technology Project Management at the University of Pretoria and holds both an M.Eng and a B.Eng in Engineering Management and Civil Engineering, respectively, from the University of Johannesburg.
