Justin Chang

Justin Chang is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and construction management, currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Project Engineer at Murray Company since April 2012, focusing on the Civil Underground Division. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at MTM, where responsibilities included coordinating RFI's and submittals, and serving as an Associate Structural Design Engineer at Fluor Corporation, contributing to significant projects such as the BP Carson Refinery Expansion Project and the Marathon Heavy Oil Upgrade Project. Justin’s academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Cal State University, complemented by early research experience in seismic failure types at UC San Diego.
