Sionnie Kelly

Sionnie Kelly is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in journalism and public relations. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Officer at Murray-Darling Basin Authority since July 2020, Sionnie has previously held roles as a Communications Officer at Sunraysia Daily and Mildura Rural City Council, where a diverse skill set was developed, including coordinating advertising and executing communications plans. Prior positions include Chief of Staff at WIN News, Journalist and Weekend Life Editor at Shepparton News, and various journalism roles at organizations such as Southern Cross Austereo, Radio Adelaide, The Wire, and Southeast Asia Globe. Academically, Sionnie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Relations and dual Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and International Relations from the University of South Australia.
