Cheryl Phelps

Cheryl Phelps is the Assistant Vice President for Communication and Engagement at Murray State College. Cheryl holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and a B.A. Communication and Media Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
