Michele Babnick

Michele Babnick serves as the Director of People & Culture at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort since August 2024. Prior to this role, Michele held several positions at Alteryx from March 2020 to September 2024, including Sr. Manager of Talent Development and Manager of Global Onboarding. Michele's experience also includes working as a Resort Scheduling Manager at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products from March 2019 to March 2020, and a brief tenure as Retail Leadership, Store Manager at Starbucks in late 2018. Michele previously spent a decade at The Walt Disney Company in various roles within Disney University, including On-Boarding Program Manager and Leadership Development Manager. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton, and a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
