Terri Emler, MBA, SPHR

Terri Emler, MBA, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in human resources and related fields. Terri began their career in 1987 as an Assistant Branch Coordinator at Farmers & Mechanics Bank (now Beneficial). In 1993, they became a Benefits and Compensation Analyst at Pennsylvania Hospital. Terri then moved to Triangle Plastics in 1996 as an HR & Benefits Specialist. In 1998, they were hired as a Human Resource Manager at Universal Protective Packaging. In 2001, they became an HR Manager at Ingram Micro. In 2005, they were hired as a Sr. HR Business Partner at the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency. In 2012, they became the Director of Human Resources at Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic. Finally, in 2014, they were hired as a Human Resources Manager at Murry's Inc.

Terri Emler has an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which they earned in 1991. Terri also has a BS in Management, Marketing, and Economics from the same university, which they earned in 1990. In 2016, they completed the Leadership Lebanon Valley program.
