Jim McLaughlin

Jim McLaughlin is an experienced attorney with a strong background in immigration law. Currently a member and attorney at Murthy Law Firm since March 2011, Jim previously worked at McNamara & McCarthy, PC from January 2008 to March 2011, focusing on immigration law practice. Jim's early career includes a law clerk position at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, where responsibilities involved employment petition compliance and processing, as well as extensive experience with immigration petitions. Additional law clerk roles at Dr. Pätzold Patent- und Rechtsanwälte and a legal intern position at the New Hampshire Securities Bureau contributed to a solid foundation in legal research and case management. Jim holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a B.S. in Financial Management from Franklin Pierce University.
