Renata Weaver has extensive experience in the human services and education sectors, currently serving as a Community Psychiatric Treatment Support at Murtis Taylor Human Services System since December 2011. Prior to this role, Renata held multiple positions at Friendly Inn from August 2006 to December 2011, including Lead Teacher, Community Outreach Coordinator, and Financial Assistant. Renata's career began at Cleveland Municipal School District, where work as a Special Education Paraprofessional took place from October 1997 to August 2003. Renata holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Cleveland State University, earned between 2009 and 2011.

Murtis Taylor Human Services System is a county-wide United Way charitable organization that provides Community Mental Health, Alcohol and other addiction services, Youth, Family, and Senior services. It serves more than 11,000 children and adults annually. Youth and Family Services are provided in the Garden Valley, East Cleveland and Mt. Pleasant communities. Senior Services are provided in the Mt. Pleasant community. These include a broad range of culturally appropriate and diverse community services and programs. Community Mental Health services, which are clinical in nature, are provided countywide. These include a culturally appropriate and comprehensive array of outpatient and residential treatment. Murtis Taylor Human Services System is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services as a Three (3)-Star Rated Step Up to Quality childcare center, the Ohio Department of Mental Health, Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services and nationally accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
