Daniela Mendes serves as the Coordenadora People & Culture at MUSA since October 2023, following a tenure at banco BV where responsibilities included Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations from April 2021 to September 2023. Previously, Daniela held roles as a Tech Recruiter at Sanar, Senior Talent Acquisition & HRBP at Grow Mobility, Recruiter & HRBP at Yellow, and various HR positions at Cuattro Trade Marketing, Adecco Group, JBS, and Easy Human Resources. Daniela possesses extensive expertise in talent acquisition, process improvement, diversity and inclusion strategies, and organizational development. Currently pursuing an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas com Ênfase em Liderança Organizacional at USP, Daniela also holds degrees in Psychology and Human Resources Management.
