Scott Brady

Scott Brady serves as the Executive Director of Quality Excellence at MUSC Health, where responsibilities include operationalizing the Quality Excellence vision and overseeing the implementation of the program across clinical and operational domains. With extensive experience in project management and improvement methodologies, Scott has led significant initiatives, yielding substantial cost savings and educational programs across various sectors, including the Department of Defense and healthcare. Notable achievements include managing a high volume of performance improvement projects, coaching over 1,000 individuals annually, and providing strategic oversight for mobile testing operations during the pandemic. Scott holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Columbia Southern University and a BS in Pre-Med Biology from the College of Charleston.
